Ingredients
Summer squash- scrubbed and sliced
Onions Peeled and sliced
1 Tbls. Of minced garlic
Peppers
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1.Sliced a variety of summer squash, onion, and peppers.
2.Coat lightly with olive oil and vinegar. Add spices of your choice, along with the garlic.
3.Put in a grill pan and place on a grill and stir and grill vegetables until its slightly tender.
4.Serve immediately!
You can add different vegetables to the mixture for a variety and to use up any extra vegetables that you may have.
