Prep time: 15 minutes

Makes: 4 servings (½ Cup)


2 tsp. finely chopped basil

2 C. chopped medium tomatoes

1 Tbsp. olive oil

½ tsp. minced garlic


  1. Wash vegetables and herbs

  2. Dice tomatoes, add to medium bowl

  3. Finely chop basil, add to medium bowl

  4. Mince garlic, add to medium bowl

  5. Drizzle olive oil over ingredients in medium bowl

  6. Mix together ingredients in medium bowl

  7. Serve on top of whole wheat crackers or bread and enjoy!
