EZ Stir Fry Sauce
Makes 1 1/4 cups or about 20 servings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh or 1 tsp ground ginger
Options: Add 2 teaspoons minced garlic or red pepper flakes.
Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch and heat until thickened.
Pour over lots of stir-fried veggies and enjoy!
