Sun-Made Strawberry Salad

Prep time: 15 minutes

Makes: 4 servings (1 Cup) or 25 samples (¼ Cup)


6 C. spinach

1 ½ C. sliced strawberries

2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

2 Tbsp. lime juice or other citrus

2 Tbsp. olive oil


  1. Wash fruit and spinach leaves

  2. Roughly chop spinach, add to medium bowl

  3. Slice strawberries, add to medium bowl

  4. Add sunflower seeds to medium bowl

  5. Cut lime in half, squeeze juice into small bowl

  6. Add olive oil to small bowl, whisk together with fork

  7. Pour small bowl mixture over salad, toss with fork and spoon, and enjoy!
